The Llanfilo
stud was founded in 1990, we are situated 1150ft above sea level between the
Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons where our family run farm also breeds pure Suffolk and North Country Cheviot
sheep, our foundation mare is Little Clara who was bred by my grandfather the late Tom Price of Wernished Llandefalle.
Little Clara is still breeding many prize-winners for us today at a grand age of
22 years. We have many old bloodlines in our mares today and hope to continue
breeding and showing the true to type welsh mountain pony for conformation,
temperament, movement and hardiness. Thank you for visiting our website and hope
